Here are a few Marine Mammal Rescues I know of in Southern California
Pacific Marine
Mammal Center

Pacific Marine Mammal Center is located in Laguna Beach CA and covers
the Orange County area. They gladly accept visitors during
designated hours and I have stopped by numerous times. They have
a gift shop with some wonderful items.
Some footage of the DVD
California Sea Lions by Rio Films and narrated by Sean Astin is
from the Pacific Marina Mammal Center. The documentary is very
enjoyable and informational.
The
Marine Mammal Care Center is located in San Pedro and covers Los
Angeles County.
The
Marine Mammal Center covers the largest area of Central California.
